This initial meeting can be done in person, online, or via phone. A consultation will help in determining which service is best for you. We will discuss your goals, exercise history, injuries (past and current), and answer any questions that you may have. The consultation fee is waived with an additional purchase of any training package or program.
Custom Designed Programming
Monthly training programs created and designed to guide you towards your specific fitness goals. This program will allow you to do your workouts on your own and at your convenience. You will have the ability to communicate any questions through email and modifications to your program will be handled within a 24-hour window. Phone and video conference calls will be made available if needed.
One on one personal training sessions that will focus on your specific goals. During these training sessions you will be challenged with appropriate levels of training intensity based on your needs and abilities.
Online Personal Training (live)
One on one online personal training sessions will be live and done online through a video conference call (FaceTime, Skype, etc). Much like personal training sessions, online training sessions will focus on your specific goals. During these training sessions you will be challenged with appropriate levels of training intensity based on your needs and abilities.
